Apprenticeship as a Construction Mechanic (m/f/x)
Coswig (Germany)
Apprenticeship
We are an innovative and well-established company in the region and are offering an apprenticeship as a design mechanic (m/f/d).
Our products are used wherever noise generated during production by machines or devices is perceived as too loud and must therefore be attenuated. We manufacture gas turbine silencers, slide silencers, and exhaust silencers for power plants and other industries.
BBM Akustik Industrie is part of the globally active Müller-BBM Group and employs 60 people in manufacturing and administration at its location in Coswig near Dresden.
Mechanical assembly technicians (m/f/d) can expect a varied and exciting work environment in mechanical engineering, with the challenges of manufacturing and assembling individual parts and housings made of sheet metal and metal profiles.
The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years and takes place at the company, at an inter-company training center, and at a vocational school. The location of the vocational school depends on the apprentice’s place of residence. Some courses are held at the IHK Vocational Training Center in Dresden.
Depending on your interests and aptitudes, further career steps are possible after completing the apprenticeship, such as welding certifications according to DIN-ISO 9606-1 and advanced training to become a master craftsman or technician.
