Quality policy, visions and objectives


To meet market and customer requirements and to realize the company’s objectives, BBM Akustik Technologie emphasizes continuous quality and customer orientation. Good business relations are only possible with satisfied customers, and this forms the basis for continuous mutual benefit.



To achieve the visions and objectives described below BBM Akustik Technologie GmbH has introduced a process-based quality management system and assures its strict application and constant further development. The quality management system is based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and fully meets the requirements of this international standard. This applies to all branch offices of the company.

The quality documentation consists of a quality manual, process instructions as well as the work and control instructions. The quality manual is available for downloading as a PDF file in our download section.

What we want is:

  • to be our customers’ first competent contact in terms of noise control components and to supply them with cost-efficient, perfect and application-optimized products.

  • Promotion of our staff’s skills and creation of a motivating working environment by enhancing a vivid awareness of quality achieved by one’s own activities.
  • Assuring the occupational safety and health of all our employees as well as our subcontractors.
  • Increase reliability and flexibility by solid partnerships with our suppliers and cooperation in the further development of quality assurance.


It is the acknowledged aim of BBM Akustik Technologie, to solve our customers’ technical problems, to meet the expectations and demands on our services and to permanently increase our customers’ satisfaction.
